Confrontation: Keith Haring and Pierre Alechinsky, at the NSU Art Museum in Fort Lauderdale, is an exhibition that seeks to show the historical and stylistic parallels between American street artist Keith Haring and Pierre Alechinsky, the last survivor of the CoBrA group. Both artists sought to push the boundaries of art by creating an aesthetic vocabulary working on formal evolutions, opposing a form of academicism in the second half of the 20th century.
