Spaziale! Italian Spatialism and its Legacy
Opera Gallery is proud to present Spaziale!, an exhibition of works from the masters of Spatialism shown alongside Italian artists who continued and expanded upon the legacy of this important artistic movement.
Spatialism marked a true artistic revolution in Post-War Art. A new era based on abstraction and a profound idea that the environment contributes, beyond the artist’s hand, to the creation and the meaning of an artwork.
At a time of great appetite for Post-War Italian Art both from an academic and an art market prospective, Opera Gallery is honoured to present this important exhibition in collaboration with the Italian Embassy who has demonstrated a great level of dedication and passion towards the continued promotion and appreciation of Italian artistic excellence.
