Following Geneva, London, New York and Monaco, we welcome Swiss artist Andy Denzler’s new solo exhibition 'The Painter’s Room' in Paris. Around thirty unseen works will be presented to the Parisian audience on this occasion.

A painter of intimate scenes, Andy Denzler rekindles with the great figurative painting tradition through portraits of anonymous models painted in his studio. Representation of the human being in its daily reality remains the heart of his works. His singular oil painting technique expresses with verve the artist’s attachment to the material nature of an artwork. His palette of colours, voluntarily restrained to earthy tones, black and white, is devoid of artifices. Andy Denzler reminds us how much a painting is a singular presence in a given space.
