WANG Dajun
Chongqing, China, was born in 1958
Established Chinese artist, Wang Dajun is primarily a painter specializing
in both HYPERREALISM and CONCEPTUALISM.
Trained at the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, where he now also teaches,
Wang’s work pays particular attention to details and the mastery of the
techniques. The depiction of humour and his thought-process makes his
paintings standout from those of his contemporaries.
He has exhibited frequently in China and also in United Kingdom (1983),
Germany (2001), Hong Kong (2002), France (2003) and Korea (2004).
