about "GASMASK0200"
The theme of "Gas Mask" is as simple and independent as quite attractive.
The word of "Mask" in English stresses on the hiding behavior.
Masking means disguising, which could be translated to even deceive others and camouflage himself or herself from people.
The word of "Mask" contains an assumption of behavior of human being who can change or hide his or her appearance.
In addition, it says the uniformity of our society as readymade called Gas Mask.
As starting of the meaning of very personal work, a gas-mask man usually come on the stage.
Gas Mask is a tool which can filter oxygen from impurities and transfer it to people in a way of uniformity.
My work started as the meaning of that they can see, feel, and understand the tough life through the Gas Mask, and are looking over the reinterpreted world with unanimous view presents various sense which a hero who was born in the family of art and raised up as like his parent had done has, relationships in his life, alienation, and something.
