ABRAHAM Francoise
Dancing is akin to sculpting in space. Francoise Abraham has been dancing since the age of six, but the little dancer became interested very early in costumes, imagining, cutting, and sewing her own clothes. But her natural curiosity has led her to investigate shapes more deeply. She shifts imperceptibility from costume to stage scenery before turning to design. Her creations, first acclaimed by professionals, are now enjoying success with the wider public. In 1993, Francoise Abraham discovered marble along with finesse, coughness, demands, rigor and precision of working with this precious material…She jumped with passion into this new creative space. She is presenting her work, professional and personal history.
